Who is responsible

The controller is M2 kvadrat (milica.m2nekretnine@gmail.com, 0652726857). The website and our client database are run for us by Propertio, which processes the data only on our instructions.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, book a viewing or send a property request, we receive your name, phone number, email address (if given) and your message, together with the listing you asked about.

We use this data only to answer you, arrange viewings and send you suitable properties. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.

If you use the AI assistant, your messages are processed to answer you. The conversation is kept in your browser tab only (session storage) and disappears when you close it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle your request and any agreement that follows, and then delete them, unless a law requires us to keep them longer (for example anti-money-laundering rules for concluded deals).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers, so there is no cookie banner.

Maps on listing pages load OpenStreetMap tiles; the office map on the contact page loads from Google Maps only after you click it, and Google's own terms then apply.

Our servers briefly log technical data (IP address, time, page) to keep the site secure and limit abuse.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at milica.m2nekretnine@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
